Three musicians in a programme composed of three equal parts, devoted to sacred, secular and popular music and sharing the common theme of love.
Alternating moments of impatience, fury and distress, the lover contemplates the mystery of Death through the tearful eyes of the Virgin standing at the foot of the Cross. But the song that ends this concert arises from the simple soul of a fisherman who sings for the woman he loves and laments the premature death of a friend who has been swallowed up by the sea, never to return.
